To manufacturer these Blocks/ Tiles we are using 10 MM & 6 MM Coarse Aggregate, Fine Aggregate, Stone Dust, Cement & Water.

• First of all mixture and mortar is prepared as per mix design from Tested Raw Materials.
• After this, these are transferred to storage boxes near the machine. Moulds are properly cleaned with Iron Brush after every single use. Mixture & Mortar according to weight goes in Moulds and moulds are pressed with automatic Hydraulic Pressure Machine up to 3500 PSI. After this process blocks are released automatically and come on Pallets. These pallets are transferred to Stands for few hours. After this blocks are transferred to tanks with the help of trolleys.
• These blocks are kept in deep water for 28 days and than taken out from tanks. There are 12 tanks for Pavers curing. A separate chart is maintained for curing tank.  In one tank 2 days production is kept. Our present manufacturing capacity is 100 Sq. meter per day.
• From every lot we are testing the strength and also doing Abrasion Test in our Lab.
